At the weekend i attended the wedding of Nining and Alexey as their wedding photographer, absolutely beautiful day which made for the ideal conditionals to capture their day perfect. Nining was dressed in the most amazing frock, layered with all the frills imaginable – her dress looked stunning. The day started at the Westin Hotel at Martin Place Sydney with its grand stairs which made the perfect backdrop for the bride and bridesmaids. From there we visited the White Bay Park at Rozelle (briefly) for some outdoor shots with the bridesmaids before arriving at Villa Rosa Parkside where the ceremony and reception were held.

It was a wonderful day for a wedding, the sydney weather was outstanding with the sun coming out in time for the photos.

The wedding of Annalise and Steve started with the ceremony at the Bulli Uniting Church. The Bulli Uniting Church traces its roots back to when the first Wesleyan Methodists met in the private home of James Black in 1846. It was a beautiful old church and the perfect setting for this formal and memorable occasion.

Both the bride and groom had waited eagerly for the day to arrive having delayed their wedding day from august 2010 to the current date in april 2011. They both were very excited on the day and their excitment came through in their wedding photographs. The bride looked stunning in her bridal gown complete with lace frill bodice and a long train.

It was blowing a gale on the beach where we did the location shoot, but even with the weather we persisted in doing the photos on the sand near the water. Their wedding photos were great and well worth the challenge, but im still cleaning the sand from my lenses which copped a beating in the rain and sand. Good thing for Nikons Professional cameras which are built to be punished.

Panarama House Bulli Tops was the venue for their wedding reception. Fantastic venue enhanced by beautiful surroundings. Set on the cliff to the outlook was superb
